The office
An office that only
does winter.
Haut Neige was founded in Geneva in 2011 by two season managers and a mountain guide who were tired of watching good weeks fall apart on the Tuesday. We manage the whole winter for a small number of families and we do not take on a season we cannot staff.

How we work
Four things we hold to.
We work one season deep
Haut Neige does nothing in summer but prepare for winter. Chalets are inspected in October, staff are contracted in September, guides are retained before the first snow. There is no second business pulling attention away in February.
Sixty files, no more
The winter is sixty families, limited by the calendar and not by choice. Beyond sixty a season manager cannot hold every detail of every house in their head, and the moment they cannot, the service becomes a call centre.
We say when it is a bad idea
If the snowpack is unstable, the answer is no, and we will explain why in terms you can check. A concierge who never refuses anything is not managing risk, only agreeing with you.
The same people, every year
Returning families get the same manager, the same instructor and, where they want it, the same chef. Continuity is the whole product. Everything else is logistics.
The record
Fifteen winters,
counted honestly.
We publish the numbers that matter to a family office doing diligence on us: how many houses we actually control, how many guides we actually pay, and how many clients came back.
