Résident
The whole winter across more than one mountain, with staff carried on your account from November to April.

Family office
For principals whose winter is administered by a family office. We work to your office, not around it.

All levels are quoted per season. Cost is driven by the house, the party size, the weeks requested and the amount of the mountain held on your behalf. We quote a single figure in writing and hold it for the season.
Admission
Four steps,
then a winter.
A season opens
New families are accepted when a season opens. We hold sixty seasons; when one comes free we call the next family on the list. Write to the office to be put on it — we read everything.
A conversation
Forty minutes, in Geneva or by call. We want the weeks, the party, the ages, the level and what went wrong the last time somebody arranged this for you.
A written proposal
One document: house, staff, guides, movement, and a single figure. We quote once. It does not move once signed.
Retained
A season retainer is taken and your manager is assigned. From that point the winter is theirs to hold.
