hautneige.com sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

This is a deliberate choice. Our clients are private people and a public website is not a reasonable place to build a profile of them.

• A session cookie on the client access area, set only after you enter a file reference, and cleared when the browser closes.
• A security token used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary and carries no identity.
• Nothing else. No first-party analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording, no pixels.

• We run no advertising network tags, and we do not remarket to visitors.
• We embed no social media widgets, which are among the most common sources of silent tracking.
• We do not share visitor data with any third party, because we do not collect it.
• We host our own fonts and assets so that loading the page does not report you to anyone else.

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs containing IP address, timestamp and requested path. These are used only to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are retained for thirty days and then deleted.

Correspondence sent by the office contains no tracking pixels. We do not know whether you have opened an email from us, and we would rather you simply told us.

Every modern browser allows you to block or clear cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies above will prevent the client access area from working; nothing else on the site will be affected.
